Have you ever made Biscoff Rocky Road before?

This rocky road recipe is for all of you biscoff lovers out there - delicious and indulgent!

INGREDIENTS

Biscoff Rocky Road

  • 1 & 1/4 cups of vegan chocolate

  • 4 tbsp butter

  • 1 cup of Biscoff spread smooth

  • 124g Biscoff biscuits, crushed

  • 150g marshmallows ⁠

METHOD

  • In a large bowl, melt together chocolate, butter and biscoff spread until smooth

  • Add in crushed biscoff biscuits and marshmallows. Mix to combine

  • Place mixture into a square tray and place in the fridge for at least 3hrs.

  • Take out of fridge and cut into squares.

  • Keep in the fridge or freezer
