INGREDIENTS
Vegan Puff Pastry Tomato Squares w/Vegan Feta and Rocket (Simple Vegan Snack)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
1 sheet of puff pastry
6-8 cherry tomatoes, halved
Top with a handful of vegan feta and rocket
METHOD
Preheat your oven to 190°C and line a oven tray with parchment paper.
Unroll the thawed puff pastry sheet onto a lightly floured surface. If needed, gently roll it out to smooth any creases.
Using a sharp knife or a pizza cutter, cut the puff pastry sheet in half. You can make them as small or as large as you prefer.
