Healthy Weet-Bix Balls
Weet-Bix are an Australian staple in many households, so surely there’s more ways to use them then just for breakfast, right?
INGREDIENTS
Weet-Bix Balls
5 Weetbix
1/2 Cup of Dried Blueberries
1 Tbsp of Maple Syrup
1/2 Cup of Desiccated Coconut
1/4 Cup of Chia Seeds
5 Tbsp of Water
METHOD
Place Weet-bix, dried blueberries, maple syrup, desiccated coconut and chia seeds in blender. Mix until finely chopped
If too dry, add more water and mix. Form into balls
Place in airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week
