Healthy Weet-Bix Balls

Weet-Bix are an Australian staple in many households, so surely there’s more ways to use them then just for breakfast, right?

INGREDIENTS

Weet-Bix Balls

  • 5 Weetbix

  • 1/2 Cup of Dried Blueberries

  • 1 Tbsp of Maple Syrup

  • 1/2 Cup of Desiccated Coconut

  • 1/4 Cup of Chia Seeds

  • 5 Tbsp of Water

METHOD

  • Place Weet-bix, dried blueberries, maple syrup, desiccated coconut and chia seeds in blender. Mix until finely chopped

  • If too dry, add more water and mix. Form into balls

  • Place in airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week
