Maple Glazed Sausages w/Sage Truffle Butter Linguine
This maple glazed sausages truly elevate this already flavoursome linguine dish.
It’s simple and absolutely delicious.
INGREDIENTS
Maple Glazed Sausages w/Sage Truffle Butter Linguine
Sausages, sliced
3 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp tomato paste
300g linguine pasta
8 tbsp truffle butter
20 sage leaves
1/2 cup water
METHOD
In a frypan on a low heat, add sliced sausages and slightly brown. Add maple syrup, soy sauce and tomato paste. Stir until sausage is completely covered. Take off heat and set aside.
Cook pasta as per packet instructions.
In a small pot, melt the truffle butter over low heat with the sage leaves. Cooking for about 3 minutes to ensure the butter takes on the sage flavours.
Add the sausages back to a clean frypan, along with pasta, truffle butter and 1/2 cup of water. Toss until completely covered and sauce and heated
