Maple Glazed Sausages w/Sage Truffle Butter Linguine

This maple glazed sausages truly elevate this already flavoursome linguine dish.

It’s simple and absolutely delicious.

INGREDIENTS

Maple Glazed Sausages w/Sage Truffle Butter Linguine

  • Sausages, sliced

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

  • 300g  linguine pasta

  • 8 tbsp truffle butter

  • 20 sage leaves

  • 1/2 cup water

METHOD

  • In a frypan on a low heat, add sliced sausages and slightly brown. Add maple syrup, soy sauce and tomato paste. Stir until sausage is completely covered. Take off heat and set aside.

     

  • Cook pasta as per packet instructions.

     

  • In a small pot, melt the truffle butter over low heat with the sage leaves. Cooking for about 3 minutes to ensure the butter takes on the sage flavours.

     

  • Add the sausages back to a clean frypan, along with pasta, truffle butter and 1/2 cup of water. Toss until completely covered and sauce and heated
