Carman’s Muesli now in VEGAN Friendly Cookie

Carman’s has been a long standing business in Australia, offering a variety of items such as the Carman’s Bars, Carman’s Cereal and Carman’s Muesli, to name a few.

The business has been operating for over 30 years, which started off as a small muesli business that slowly developed into releasing bars, and many more snacks into Australian supermarkets.

Thankfully for vegans, a good portion of the Carman’s range is vegan friendly. The company makes it incredibly easy to identify what products are vegan friendly, with ‘suitable for vegans’ clearly labelled on all of their products - including the Carman’s Bars, Carman’s Cereal and Carman’s Muesli.

The biggest offender for the Carman’s range that prevents products from being vegan friendly is the inclusion of dairy or honey. Besides this, about 80% of the Carman’s range is suitable for vegans.

Including the brand new range of Carman’s Muesli Cookies!

Carman’s Muesli Cookies:

The brand is possibly most well-known for their Carman’s Bars and Carman’s Cereal, but as always, the brand has decided to expand their range into muesli cookies that may just be the best new snack to add to kid’s lunchboxes or a snack for yourself.

The new range consists of three flavours:

  • Carman’s Muesli Cookies Golden Oat & Coconut

  • Carman’s Muesli Cookies Cranberry & Oat

  • Carman’s Muesli Cookies Classic Fruit & Oat

The Carman’s Cookie range is available at Woolworths, Coles and Independent supermarkets. Each pack will set you back $6 at Woolworths and Coles.

Carman’s are calling this new snack a scrumptious, rustic-style muesli cookie that is baked with Aussie rolled oats and other ingredients. They are baked to perfection, include a 3.5 health star rating and have minimal ingredients, which makes these a great little snack for vegans to grab on the go.

Which flavour are you eyeing off in this new vegan snack from Carman’s?

As mentioned in this blog post, the majority of the Carman’s range of products are vegan friendly including the Carman’s Bars, Carman’s Muesli and Carman’s Cereal.

Carman’s thankfully clearly label on packaging whether a product is vegan or not.

Non-vegan ingredients to look out for in the Carman’s range are honey and dairy.
