1 cup almonds
1 cup walnuts
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1/4 cup maple syrup
TOPPING:
2 cup cashews (soaked for 2hrs)
300ml coconut cream
Zest and juice of 2 lemons
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of turmeric powder to colour
METHOD
Soak cashews for at least 2 hours
Line a baking dish with baking paper
