Vegetable Lasagne

This one is packed full with a bunch of veggies, and is mostly wholefoods - depending if you opt to have some vegan cheese added to the sauce.

Removing the traditional pasta sheets as a layer, this recipe utilises thinly slice zucchini to separate the filling and sauce.

It is filling, delicious and easy to whip up - a perfect comfort meal for the masses this winter.
